This workshop will utilize the Phoenix Rising Therapeutic Yoga approach and will include the use of the Phoenix Rising life theme befriending the body as a way to discover and explore the calm in your body in the midst of the holiday chaos. The yoga experience will be influenced by restorative yoga, so bring a blanket and pillow along with your yoga mat to set yourself up for a bit of rest/relaxation.
To honor your time during this busy time of year, I will keep the workshop to the one-hour yoga experience, but I will be around afterwards if you want to stick around to journal or if you have questions for me about the work I do and how it can help you with your goals.
During the one-hour experience, I invite you to be open in mind and heart to what you notice in each moment and your overall experience. There's no right or wrong experiences – engage your own unique experience. This is about the process of yoga not the execution of poses. It's a time to practice compassion on yourself and your journey.
