At Six Bar S Ranch Premium Meats, we strive to produce the best, tastiest and most tender meats.Though we just began offering our products online to reach a wider range of clientele, Six Bar S Ranch meats stems from a rich family history of working in the meat business, going back generations. Paul Soucie, president of SBS Meats and William “Bill” Kissinger, vice president, inherited their deep commitment to animal production agriculture long ago. SBS Meats originates from our farm location near Deweese, NE. Our business involves the seasonal harvesting of fattened (finished) Tarentaise cross and/or Angus sired beef cattle produced by Six Bar S Ranch and/or purchased from other producers as calves. We increase value by retaining ownership through the finishing, harvesting, and custom fabrication to primal and sub-primal cuts of meat, and on to the further custom processing, packaging, private labeling, storage, shipping, and promotion procedures utilized in marketing our “value added” meat products to the ultimate end user, including the utilization of our e-commerce website www.sbsmeats.com. The value added products generated are high quality meats consisting of steak burgers and premium quality aged hand cut steaks and prime rib roasts from our SBS Meats cattle. Our cattle are segregated into three quality brands consisting of SBS Limited (Tarentaise influenced cross), SBS Natural Angus, and SBS Premium Angus.
