100% Nebraska raised beef. Closed process, what our cattle eat we have grown on our farm. We market directly to consumers who are passionate about buying American beef directly from a farmer they can put a face to. We are excited when we meet the needs of our customers and connect them directly to our high quality protein source. Our beef is unique because we retain ownership of our cattle from the time they are born through to your plate, a 2+ year process and labor of love.
