We have 2 different Authentic Salsa's. Flicker of Fire is a Medium heat, and Fire in The Hole which is Intense. Started in a church kitchen, we couldn't keep up with the demand, so went through UNL FPC to help direct us to a manufacturer, and distributor. We are in stores throughout Nebraska, some in Iowa, Kansas and a couple places in Denver Co. Our Salsa's have won ribbons at The Fiery Food Challenge in Texas an also in Louisiana. Fire in The Hole has won 2 1st place Chili contests and is known for having flavor from the 6 different peppers besides just the heat. We have been on NETV, feature story in the Lincoln Journal Star, in the Business magazine, Nebline paper, and Fire in The Hole was mentioned in The Chili Pepper Magazine for placing 2nd for Hot/XHot down in Texas. All of this started when I took interest in watching my Grandma from Chihuahua Mexico making fresh Salsa & tortillas with each meal. After she passed away I would make the salsa as I remembered her making it and gave it away to people which told me I should sell it,so with the help of The Food Processing Center we are on many store shelves and becoming a household name. The company name If You Dare isn't a challenge that one can't handle the heat, it's saying ''Try It You'll Like It,'' We Dare You.
