About Us
Hi, I’m Kole Pederson, founder of Midwest Ag Law. I’m a lifelong farm kid turned attorney, and in the summer I still fly as a spray pilot. I grew up on a large row-crop farm, so I know the long days, tight margins, and big decisions that come with agriculture. I started Midwest Ag Law to serve farmers, ranchers, and rural families across Nebraska with practical, down-to-earth legal help you can actually use.
My firm focuses on estate planning, trust funding, trust administration, and probate, as well as business and succession planning for agricultural operations. I work almost entirely remote, and I’m happy to meet by phone or video, or come out in person when that’s easier. You’ll get clear, flat-fee pricing, no surprises, and a step-by-step process that keeps you updated throughout.
What makes us different? We speak the language of agriculture and rural life. We build plans that fit your ground, your equipment, your entities, and your family’s goals, so the operation you’ve built can be protected and passed on without chaos. Whether you’re getting your first plan in place, cleaning up an estate, or preparing the next generation to lead, I’m here to help.
If that sounds like the right fit, let’s talk. I’d be honored to earn your trust and serve your family’s legacy.
