About Us

Niobrara Grain and Milling located in Valentine, Nebraska produces Certified Organic flour from grain raised on our Certified Organic fields. We ensure that the production is carefully controlled and monitored throughout the growing season. By planting only non-GMO seeds into healthy soil assures a healthy, robust grain.
We have chosen the Impact Unifine Mill to process our wheat into flour. The Unifine Mill pulverizes the grain into very fine flour by blowing the grain into a high-speed flywheel, where the kernel explodes upon contact. This process produces whole-grain flour with a very fine particle size. This results in a loftier, more nutritious flour due to the germ being intact, and a longer shelf life.
