Twin Cities Development (TCD) is the economic development organization for the Western Nebraska communities of Gering, Bayard, Terrytown, Mitchell, Scotts Bluff County, and Bridgeport. We focus on a regional approach for success using state-of-the-art-technology and goals oriented towards quality of place, making sure to maintain our rural atmosphere and friendly Midwest lifestyle. Our reach extends to providing assistance to Scottsbluff, Minatare, Morrill, and Kimball.
