About Us

The City of Randolph is governed by a Mayor and a four (4) Council Member system. This is an organized system of local government that has an executive mayor who is elected by the voters, and a separately elected legislative city council. This group meets at 6:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month unless that day falls on a holiday or other unknown scheduling conflict. Any special meetings will be advertised in advance.

If you wish to be placed on the agenda, contact the City Administrator/Clerk and a time will be assigned for you to appear. The City Council will make effort to hear you at the time assigned. Please submit any reports or documents in writing by the Monday prior to the City Council meeting so that the board can study and consider them if applicable.

The City Council is always looking for people to serve on various boards and committees. Current Boards are Economic Development Advisory Board, Golf, Library, Park, and Planning Commission. If you have interest in helping out our community, please contact the City Administrator and your name will be given consideration during the board and committees appointments made by the City Council. These appointments may vary in length of time.
