InSPIRe Rehab was founded to bring high-quality rehabilitation services to rural hospitals. Hospital therapy departments can operate in a bubble with little influence from trends in healthcare. InSPIRe bridges that gap by bringing a combination of professional therapy expertise and management experience to the hospitals we serve. Creating staff buy-in through mentorship, incentive plans and local ownership is essential for growth of the hospital’s therapy department.
