100% of our beef we sell is bred, born, raised and finished by us in a stress-free environment on our ranch in Nebraska.
Dry-Aged for juicy, tenderness and flavor that you will recognize from fine restaurants.
All beef is USDA inspected and very strict HACCP program is followed.
A corn base diet is fed for a minimum of 120 days.
Beef is hand-cut and trimmed, then vacuum sealed.
We have been raising cattle since 1972 and have had a closed herd since 1992. Meaning all mother cows were born and raised on our ranch.
We do not buy calves, nor do we buy primal cuts from meat processors.
